At Michellina's Cupcakery, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we ask that all concerns be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a description of the issue and photos if possible. We are unable to process requests made after this window due to the perishable nature of our products. 🍪
